At the moment we only have a few products on which the motifs are embroidered. This is because the entire process is initially slower. Because an embroidery file on which the motif is based must first be specially treated and tested before it can finally go into production. Under certain circumstances, this can take 1-2 weeks - depending on the volume of orders - until this is implemented.
The positive thing is, once the procedure is done for that one motif, all subsequent orders are no longer affected by this delay.
That's why we're still relatively hesitant about the products we're offering at the moment. Our caps, for example, are made using this process. Nevertheless, we will publish more such products over time and then also mark them specifically!
